টিউটর একাডেমিয়া (www.tutoracademia.com) থেকে যেকোনো কোর্স, বই বা জব রিলেটেড ই-বুক ক্রয়ের ক্ষেত্রে আমাদের প্রতি আস্থা রাখার জন্য আপনাকে ধন্যবাদ। শিক্ষার্থীদের মানসম্মত ও নির্ভরযোগ্য সেবা দিতে আমরা সবসময় প্রতিশ্রুতিবদ্ধ। এরপরেও যদি কোনো অনাকাঙ্ক্ষিত কারণে আপনি আমাদের সেবা বা কোর্স নিয়ে সন্তুষ্ট না হন, তবে নির্দিষ্ট শর্তসাপেক্ষে আপনার পেমেন্ট রিফান্ড বা ফেরত পাওয়ার সুযোগ রয়েছে।

রিফান্ড পাওয়ার শর্তাবলি (Eligibility for Refunds):

১. কোর্স ক্রয়ের ৪৮ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে রিফান্ডের জন্য আবেদন করতে হবে। 

২. ভুলবশত কোনো কোর্সে পেমেন্ট হয়ে থাকলে।

৩. কোনো কারিগরি বা টেকনিক্যাল ত্রুটির কারণে কোর্সের কনটেন্ট বা ই-বুকে অ্যাক্সেস না পেলে।

৪. কোর্সের বিষয়বস্তু বা সেবার মান আমাদের ওয়েবসাইটে দেওয়া বর্ণনার সাথে মিল না থাকলে।

৫. প্রিন্টিং বই ক্রয়ের ক্ষেত্রে কোন পেজ মিসিং বা ফিজিক্যাল ডেমেজ থাকলে বই হাতে পাওয়ার ৪৮ ঘন্টার মধ্যে বই ফেরত দেয়া যাবে। 

কীভাবে রিফান্ডের জন্য আবেদন করবেন?

রিফান্ড রিকোয়েস্ট করার জন্য আপনাকে আমাদের অফিশিয়াল ইমেইলে একটি লিখিত আবেদন পাঠাতে হবে।

• ইমেইল করুন: support@tutoracademia.com

• ইমেইলে যা যা উল্লেখ করতে হবে: আপনার পুরো নাম, অ্যাকাউন্টের রেজিস্টার্ড মোবাইল নম্বর/ইমেইল, ক্রয়কৃত কোর্সের নাম এবং রিফান্ড চাওয়ার সুস্পষ্ট ও যৌক্তিক কারণ।

রিফান্ড প্রসেসিংয়ের সময় (Processing Time):

আপনার রিফান্ড রিকোয়েস্টটি পাওয়ার পর আমাদের সাপোর্ট টিম তা যাচাই-বাছাই করবে। আপনার অভিযোগটি যৌক্তিক এবং আমাদের পলিসির আওতাভুক্ত হলে আমরা রিফান্ডটি অ্যাপ্রুভ করব। রিফান্ড অ্যাপ্রুভ হওয়ার ৭ থেকে ১০ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে আপনি যে পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ে বা মাধ্যম (বিকাশ/নগদ/কার্ড) ব্যবহার করে পেমেন্ট করেছিলেন, ঠিক সেই মাধ্যমেই আপনার টাকা ফেরত দেওয়া হবে। (ভুলবশত পেমেন্টের ক্ষেত্রে প্রযোজ্য সার্ভিস চার্জ কেটে বাকি টাকা রিফান্ড করা হতে পারে)।

যেসব ক্ষেত্রে রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য নয় (Non-Refundable Items):

১. কোর্স ক্রয়ের নির্ধারিত সময় (৪৮ ঘণ্টা) পার হয়ে যাওয়ার পর আবেদন করলে।

২. কোর্সের বেশিরভাগ ক্লাস/ভিডিও দেখে ফেললে।

৩. ই-বুক যেহেতু ডাউনলোড করার সুযোগ আছে, তাই ই-বুক ক্রয় করার পর রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য হবে না। 

৩. বিশেষ ছাড় (Sale) বা ডিসকাউন্ট অফারে কেনা কোনো কোর্সের ক্ষেত্রে সাধারণ রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য হবে না।

We are always committed to providing high-quality and reliable services to our students. However, if for any unexpected reason you are not satisfied with our service or course, you have the opportunity to get a refund subject to certain conditions.

Eligibility for Refunds

1. Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of purchasing a course.
2. If a payment was made for a course by mistake.
3. If you cannot access the course content or e-book due to technical errors.
4. If the course content or the quality of service does not match the description provided on our website.
5. For printed books, if any pages are missing or there is physical damage, the book can be returned within 48 hours of receiving it.

How to Apply for a Refund

To request a refund, you must send a written application to our official email.

• What to include in the email: Your full name, the registered mobile number or email of your account, the name of the purchased course, and a clear, logical reason for requesting the refund.

Processing Time

After receiving your refund request, our support team will review it. If your complaint is valid and falls under our policy, we will approve the refund. Within 7 to 10 working days of the refund approval, your money will be returned through the exact same payment gateway or method (bKash/Nagad/Card) you used to make the payment. (In the case of accidental payments, the refund may be issued after deducting the applicable service charges).

Non-Refundable Items

1. If the refund request is made after the specified time (48 hours) of purchasing the course.
2. If you have already watched most of the classes or videos in the course.
3. Since e-books can be downloaded, refunds are not applicable after purchasing an e-book.
4. Standard refunds will not apply to any courses purchased during a special sale or at a discounted offer.
